1. Introduction - Marketing Consent Policy

This Marketing Consent Policy explains how uni-Robot Ltd. (“PhotoRobot”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses personal data for marketing communications.

Marketing communications are sent only when you have given explicit and voluntary consent, in accordance with:

• GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679)
• Czech Act No. 480/2004 Coll. (on electronic communications)
• ePrivacy Directive

Marketing consent is not required for using PhotoRobot services.

2. What Marketing Communications We Send

If you provide consent, you may receive:

• newsletters
• product announcements
• feature updates
• webinars or events
• PhotoRobot offers or promotions
• educational or technical content

We never sell or share your email address with third parties for independent marketing.

3. Legal Basis

Marketing communications are based solely on:

You must actively opt-in by ticking a checkbox or submitting your email through a form that explicitly states the marketing purpose.

3.2. Withdrawal of Consent

You may withdraw consent at any time.
Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

4. How to Give Marketing Consent

You may provide consent in the following ways:

• ticking the marketing consent checkbox during registration
• subscribing via newsletter form
• opting in through email confirmation (double opt-in)
• enabling marketing preferences in your Account settings (if available)

5. Marketing Consent Checkbox (Standard Text)

Below is the recommended exact wording for onboarding, forms, and product UI:

“I agree to receive marketing emails and product updates from PhotoRobot. I understand that I can unsubscribe at any time.”

Or for forms where short text is required:

“I agree to receive marketing communications from PhotoRobot.”

6. How to Withdraw Consent

You can withdraw consent easily via:

• clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email
• contacting info@photorobot.com
• contacting legal@photorobot.com
• changing your preferences in account settings (future option)

Once you opt out:

• marketing emails stop immediately,
• operational emails (e.g., billing, system updates) continue as they are not marketing.

7. Data Retention for Marketing

We store marketing consent records:

• until you withdraw consent,
• for audit purposes for up to 24 months after withdrawal (legal obligation),
• then they are deleted or anonymized.

We retain only minimal metadata:

• timestamp of consent
• method of consent
• changes in subscription status

8. Third-Party Services

For email delivery we may use trusted processors such as:

• MailerLite
• Mailgun
• SendGrid
• or a similar provider

All processors operate under GDPR-compliant agreements.

We may update this Policy from time to time.

Changes become effective when published.
